A symphony of summer berries burst forth alongside floral notes, juicy pink grapefruit and a whisper of Chantilly cream. With fresh acidity, a backbone of minerality and a depth not often found in pink wines, this cooler climate rosé is a highly versatile wine which can be drunk on its own or perfectly accompanied by fresh fish, fragrant spiced chicken and exotic salads.
