However there’s a wave of stunning up-and-coming producers snapping at their heels and the sibling team of Gilbert and Christine Felettig are at the head of that pack.
2016 was a tough vintage with frosts and hail but according to Wine Advocate the Fetelligs “came through the ordeal with flying colours.” Yields were low making 2016s hard to come by but the quality was exceptional intense and concentrated. This old vine Chambolle-Musigny ripples with tension and energy plus dark berry fruits raspberry plum exotic spices and minerality and was awarded 91 points by Decanter Magazine.
