This effortlessly stylish and supremely creative wine is a collaboration between two icons of Sicilian culture Dolce & Gabbana and Donnafugata.
Dolce & Gabbana were fascinated by the colour of rosé so Donnafugata created them a blend of two very special Sicilian grape varieties. The first is Nerello Mascalese a hauntingly beautiful grape that can rival the finest Pinot Noir of Burgundy and the second is Nocera an ancient and almost forgotten variety that’s captivatingly fruity but seldom seen. Dolce & Gabbana have dressed this gorgeous rosé in a suitably fashionable label inspired by Sicilian art clearly with a nod to the island’s tiles and the vibrancy of summertime.
