First, use the included spatula to thoroughly mix the scrub - oil and salt formulations separate in the jar, but this does not affect the quality of the product.

Then, apply a small amount of the scrub to wet skin and massage in circular motions, focusing particularly on rough areas such as elbows, knees and heels. Rinse thoroughly. Use once or twice a week.
