    1. 1st + 2nd Trimester: Massage onto to newly sensitive nipples to protect from chafing.
    2. 3rd Trimester: Apply twice daily throughout third trimester to prep nipples for reduced cracking and chapping.
    3. While nursing: apply liberally as needed for immediate relief, protection or extra love.
    4. Anytime: hydrate lips, cuticles and any other dry bits 24/7.
