ARTISTRY TIPS:
For a diffused effect define the eyes along the upper lash line with Voyeur Waterproof Gel Liner and blend with the Nº 11 Brush. Pair with a contrasting colour of 1.5MM Mechanical Gel Eye Liner to create depth and definition at the root of the lashes.
For a winged look extend the liner past the outer corner of the eye using short strokes until desired length is achieved.
