Delivery & Returns

We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Please note that Outlying Islands and non-urban areas will be subject to an additional day delivery time.

Standard Delivery - $250

Our couriers will deliver to your chosen address within 5-7 working days. Orders will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We will provide you with a tracking link via email which will allow you to monitor the progress of your order.

Click and Collect - Free

Place your order online and collect from your nearest store when it suits you. When your items are ready for collection, we will send you an email to let you know they have arrived.

Click and Try - Free

Buy online and we'll have your order ready and waiting to try on when you visit us, with experts on hand for fitting and styling advice. When your items are ready we'll be in touch to arrange a personal appointment.
