Since Harvey Nichols first opened in Knightsbridge in 1831, it has led the way in sourcing the most desirable and cutting-edge designer brands. Recognised as the UK's premier luxury fashion retailer, Harvey Nichols is internationally renowned for its expertly edited fashion and beauty merchandise, premium food and wine offer and award-winning restaurants.

Harvey Nichols has seven stores within the UK and Ireland, consisting of five large-format stores in London, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester, and two small-format stores in Bristol and Dublin. A beauty concept store, Beauty Bazaar, Harvey Nichols, opened in Liverpool in November 2012.

All UK stores have luxury Foodmarkets and Restaurants, Cafés or Brasseries. Harvey Nichols also owns and operates OXO Tower Restaurant, Bar and Brasserie on the South Bank in London.

In addition to this, there are five large-format stores overseas: one in Riyadh, one in Dubai, two in Hong Kong and one in Kuwait.

Harvey Nichols stores offer the ultimate fashion experience. Seen as ‘the place to be’, Harvey Nichols is the club that doesn’t require a membership. Exclusive, niche and established labels sit alongside accessible everyday collections, offering customers the must-have edit for all their wardrobe needs – from everyday to extraordinary.

MANAGEMENT BOARD

Stacey Cartwright - Deputy Chairman

Stacey Cartwright joined Harvey Nichols as Chief Executive Officer of the Harvey Nichols Group of Companies on 17 February 2014 before taking the role of Deputy Chairman in 2018. Prior to Harvey Nichols, Stacey served as Executive Vice President of Burberry plc until July 2013, having joined as Chief Financial Officer in March 2004. Previously, she held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Egg plc, between 1999 and 2003, and from 1988 to 1999 she held various finance-related positions at Granada Group plc, including Director of Finance and Corporate Development, culminating in the position of Commercial Director, Media Division. Stacey began her career with Price Waterhouse, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Manju Malhotra - Co-Chief Operating Officer

Manju Malhotra joined Harvey Nichols in May 1998 as a newly qualified chartered accountant. She initially took on the role of Internal Audit Manager and then became Group Accountant within the Finance department. She was promoted to Financial Controller in 2003 and then to Group Finance Director in 2010, before being appointed Co-Chief Operating Officer in 2018.

Daniela Rinaldi - Co-Chief Operating Officer

Daniela Rinaldi joined Harvey Nichols in June 1986. She became Controller of Perfumery and Concessions in 1996, and in 2009 was promoted to the board as Concessions & Beauty Director. Daniela was then Group Commercial Director between 2015 and 2017 before being made Co-Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Daniela is on the board of Cosmetic Executive Women and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Deborah Bee - Group Marketing and Creative Director

Deborah Bee joined Harvey Nichols in March 2018 as Group Marketing and Creative Director. Prior to this, Deborah worked for a year as a consultant advising brands on marketing and communication strategy. Previously, she held the role of Director of Creative Marketing at Harrods between 2014 and 2017, and Editor-in-Chief of the Harrods Magazine Print and Digital between 2006 and 2014. Deborah began her career writing for various publications such as Vogue, The Telegraph, The Guardian and Cosmopolitan.

Paul Finucane - Group Stores & Trading Director

Paul Finucane joined Harvey Nichols in January 2004 as General Manager of the flagship Knightsbridge store. He was promoted to the board as Director in 2010. His career began in 1984 with Harrods Ltd, where he held various management roles within both Fashion and Home departments before being appointed General Manager. Paul was promoted to his current role in April 2011 and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Julie Holdaway - Group HR & People Development Director

Julie Holdaway joined Harvey Nichols in January 2017 from SSP where she held the position of Group HR Director. SSP is a top 250 FTSE company and the leading provider of food and beverage services in multi-site travel locations worldwide. Julie’s career spanned 22 years at SSP, having joined in 1994 as Regional HR Manager when SSP was part of the Compass Group and held several Global and UK directorships. During her time at the Group she was instrumental in leading an award winning people agenda across the company. Julie holds a MSc in Business Leadership along with a CIPD Diploma in Personnel Management, she is also a FCIPD member.

Alison Nieuwoudt - Director of Finance

Alison Nieuwoudt joined Harvey Nichols in September 2012 as Finance Manager. She was promoted to Financial Controller in 2015 and then to Director of Finance in 2018. Alison started her career at KPMG where she spent 5 years and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. In 2005 Alison joined Gensec Property Services as Financial Controller before moving into the retail industry with a Financial Controller role at the footwear retailer Spitz (owned by AVI listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange). Alison then joined Burberry where she spent 3 years in the European Division as an Analyst with particular focus on forecasting, before moving to Harvey Nichols.

Jo Osborne - Director of Concessions & Beauty

Jo joined Harvey Nichols in 2002 as a Personal Assistant to the Beauty Buying Director. In 2004 she left Harvey Nichols to work at British American Tobacco as a Sales Executive but re-joined the brand later that year as a Concessions Coordinator. After taking on additional responsibilities, Jo was promoted in 2012 to Buying Manager Beauty & Concessions and in 2018 was promoted to Director of Concessions & Beauty. Jo started her career in 1998 at Harrods as a Career Trainee where she worked in various departments across the store. Jo is on the board for Cosmetic Executive Women.

Barry Tallintire - Group Property & Facilities Director

Barry Tallintire joined Harvey Nichols in April 2001 as Property & Facilities Controller. He was promoted to the board as Group Property and Facilities Director in 2010. His career started in a private surveying consultancy, where he specialised in Retail Development. Previously he worked for C&A, where he latterly held the position of Head of Property, responsible for their new store opening programme. He has a BSc degree in Quantity Surveying and is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Fatima Zada - Group Technology & Innovation Director

Fatima Zada joined Harvey Nichols in January 2015 from Burberry, where she held the position of Director of IT Service Integration & Service Management. During her 8 years there, Fatima held several positions in several continents, from the USA and the UAE, to Korea and Hong Kong; growing a wealth of experience in the technology needs of a global luxury player. Prior to her move to Burberry, Fatima worked as an SAP Business Analyst at French Connection and for Fidelity Investments.
