Born out of Mexico in the 1950s, the Paloma – translating to “dove” – was originally served with tequila before recently being popularised by its switch to mezcal. Combining Laphroaig’s bold, peaty and smoky flavour with the citrus tang of grapefruit and salt on the rim, our reimagined take elevates a classic to new heights. The Laphroaig Paloma will be available at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge, Bristol, Leeds, Edinburgh and OXO from 1st July in celebration of its cocktail of the month crowning.
