This is probably the best alcohol-free still wine we’ve ever tasted. Made entirely from Muscat grapes the alcohol is carefully removed while preserving the heavenly aromatics. The result is a white with crisp acidity floral aromatics and juicy fruit just without the burn of alcohol on the finish. It reminds us of off-dry Riesling and we’re looking forward to sipping this over summer lunches and at picnics or with spicy curries and Vietnamese cuisine.
