Located in the Apennine Mountains, the climate is more Nordic than what would traditionally be considered Italian, and this creates high-acid wines that mature slowly and beautifully. The centuries-old vineyards that they work with render wines of thrilling complexity unlike any others to be found on the planet.
In 2021, Feudi di San Gregorio was awarded the Equalitas certification, which officially recognises social, environmental and economic pillars of sustainability, through biodiversity, carbon and water footprint and ecological cultivation practices.
