Four Pillars crafted this unique spirit using three different types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and an olive leaf tea. These ingredients came from the olive groves of Victoria’s Cobram Estate and they’re combined with juniper coriander seed rosemary bay leaf lemon myrtle macadamia orris root fresh lemon and grapefruit. Despite being made in the land Down Under it has a decidedly Mediterranean feel as you might expect with all the herbs citrus and olive oil in the mix. Definitely one for those who find the recent trend for overly sweetened gin a little too much and who prefer a more savoury experience.
