Produced entirely from grapes picked in the heart of Cognac’s Premier Cru Cellar Master Patrice Piveteau considers this “the quintessential expression of the Frapin style”. Opening up within the glass it offers up marmalade cinnamon pepper baked apples spiced with freshly grated nutmeg Scandinavian gingerbread praline baguette and honey flavours. It can be sipped on its own or paired with meaty main courses pâté starters or baked fruit desserts.
