Based in the famous Italian wine-making region of Chianti Ginarte is a coming together of gin and art with all their beauty raw emotion inspiration and soul. The pure base spirit for gin is a blank canvas onto which botanicals are applied to create a masterpiece. Ginarte creatively use thirteen botanicals: the finest Tuscan juniper; calamint safflower mignonette rubia and indigo inspired by the famous painters of the Renaissance period; and finally wild celery lavender hibiscus elderflower pine buds mountain pine and pine needles for a completely unique complexity. The bottle itself is also a blank canvas the sculptors block of marble the clean lines of the staves on which a composer writes a symphony. Ginarte’s first artist bottle was created by the Dutch painter Lou Thissen in honour of Tuscan painter Pontormo. The follow up and their second limited edition is a dedication to the artist Magdalena Carmen Frida Kahlo y Calderon and it’s every bit as rebellious and iconic as its muse.
