Although this winery is famed for its Vino Nobile di Montepulciano we can’t get enough of their Rosato di Toscana crafted using Prugnolo Gentile – a clone of Sangiovese. More colour oomph and flair than those wishy-washy Provence rosés it pops with pomegranate cherry wild strawberry raspberry sorbet rose petal and violet. But what we love most about this dry and fresh rosé it that it delivers pure pleasure whether served in the hot summer sunshine or with pizza on a drizzly working weekday.
