The property has been in Pierre Bories’ family for over 150 years but wines have been produced in the region since Roman times. In recent years they have moved towards a more natural wine approach focussing on indigenous yeasts minimal sulphur and organic compost made from leftover grape skins to allow their exceptional terroir to really shine.
