To make a Ladies' Night cocktail, simply shake 50ml 818 Tequila, 25ml Harvey Nichols Creme de Cassis, 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 10ml aquafaba/1 egg white and 2 tsp sugar syrup together with ice, then pour into a short glass with the rim dipped in cassis and salt and garnish with a lemon peel and blackberries.
