Crafted using seven grains in a harmonious marriage from the four Nikka distilleries of Miyagikyo, Moji, Satsumatsukasa and Nishinomiya, this exquisite grain whisky has been achieved through masterful dedication to tradition and innovation.
The blend combines Coffey grains and malts from the now closed Nishinomiya distillery as well as Coffey grain and malts from Miyagikyo, and barley grain and barley grain with corn and rye from the Moji and Satsumatsukasa distilleries, which originally specialised in Shochu production. The blend of these distinctive new grain whiskies, which incorporate shochu techniques in combination with the more traditional grain whiskies, brings us this innovative special release.
