From the sunny hillside estate of the Fabre family, this blend of Grenache and Cinsault is the crème de la crème of Provençal rosés. One sip of its crisp freshness and you’ll be back on the terrace of that villa near Saint-Tropez that you wished was yours.
Part of our limited-edition Premium Range, this Côtes de Provence Rosé comes from vineyards nestled in the sun-drenched hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Fort de Brégançon and the Îles d'Or, and surrounded by mimosa, strawberry and cork oak trees. It was crafted exclusively for Harvey Nichols by Château Saint-Honoré, who, after a decade of biodynamic farming, use only ultra-sustainable methods. You’ll find them amongst fine company in the tiny sub-appellation of La Londe, an incredible terroir that is also home to vineyards owned by Domaines Ott’s Clos Mireille, Château Léoube and Château Sainte Marguerite, who make Idris Elba’s much-loved rosé.
As refreshing and crisp as a coastal breeze, this delicate and sophisticated rosé delivers elegant notes of pink grapefruit, redcurrant, frozen blackberry, orchard blossom, plum skin, red apple, orange zest, cranberry and a pinch of sea salt. Take it for a dance with ceviche, caprese salad, poached salmon and buttery Jersey Royals, crunchy Vietnamese summer rolls, barbequed prawn kebabs, tacos topped with tropical fruit salsa, bouillabaisse, pissaladière, quiche, lavish garden parties, picnics on the beach, family, friends and sunshine. It’s time to move on from those omnipresent Provence rosé names that everyone else is drinking and slip into something a little more stylish and premium.
