First up is a wine that's dark spicy and full of finesse the Harvey Nichols Rioja. Crafted by the highly respected Bodegas Ramón Bilbao it's a favourite of ours for the Sunday Roast. Next comes the rich powerful Harvey Nichols Bordeaux Supérieur a pure Merlot chosen for us by none other than Jonathan Maltus – the cult Saint-Émilion garagiste behind Château Teyssier and Le Dôme. Only introduced to the range in 2020 it’s fast becoming one of our bestsellers. And last but by no means least there’s our classic Chablis. Nothing hits the mark quite like this crisp Chardonnay with its crunchy green apple lemon zest pear sorbet lime blossom hawthorn frosty herbs and quince notes probably because it was made Alain Geoffroy one of the region’s greats.
