Our range of artisan savoury biscuits is made exclusively for us in small batches by the award-winning Popti Cornish Bakehouse. We fell in love with Popti because they use the kinds of ingredients we do in our own kitchens, such as rich butter, wheat flour and interesting combos of seasoning. There are no artificial flavourings, colourings, or preservatives, just a secret recipe that results in big flavours and enough structural integrity to hold up to a big wedge of cheese, a pile of charcuterie, a quenelle of pâté or a scoop of dip. And just in case you were wondering, ‘Popti’ means ‘Bakery’ in Cornish.
