We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers of BFPO addresses. For international deliveries please select the country required at the top of the website or contact our Customer Services Team.

Please note, deliveries requested to non-residential addresses, or houses with multiple occupants, are made at the customer’s own risk and Harvey Nichols will not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred.

Standard Delivery - £5

Place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we'll deliver it by 8pm within 3 working days. Please allow a further 1-3 working days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Consider yourselves fashionably late. All purchases can be fully tracked, so we'll send you a tracking link for your order and an option of changing the delivery date. A signature may be required for your delivery, so if you are not going to be in to sign, please make alternative arrangements via the tracking link.

Please note, our delivery services will be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods. No deliveries are made on Bank Holiday Monday.

Next Day Delivery - £8

Place your order before 3pm Monday to Sunday and we’ll deliver it by 8pm the next day, excluding bank holidays (please note not all products are available for Next Day Delivery). Please allow a further 1-2 days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. All purchases can be fully tracked, so we’ll send you a tracking link for your order and an option of changing the delivery date. A signature may be required for your delivery, so if you are not going to be in to sign, please make alternative arrangements via the tracking link.

Beauty Delivery - £3.50

Beauty delivery at £3.50 only applies to orders containing products from Beauty categories only, if non-Beauty products are added to the order, the cost of UK standard delivery will change to £5.

Christmas Hamper Delivery - Free delivery on selected hampers

For guaranteed delivery before Christmas Day, orders must be placed by 3pm Monday 21st December.

Depending on stock levels, Christmas Hampers may be ordered up until 3pm Thursday 7th January.

Pre-order Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver pre-orders within the allotted time frame. However, there may be reasons beyond our control that may impact our delivery service.

Our Brand Partners deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or Freight Forwarding Companies. International deliveries are not currently available for items supplied by our Brand Partners.

Standard Delivery - £5

You will only be charged a single delivery of charge of £5, even if your items are being delivered by multiple Brand Partners. Delivery times may vary for each Brand Partner, estimated delivery times are displayed throughout the checkout process. Brand Partners may provide a tracking link which will allow you to monitor the progress of your order. This can be viewed by signing in to your account.

Collect in Store - FREE

Place your order online and collect from your nearest store at your convenience - from our dedicated lounges. When your items are ready for collection, we'll send you an email to let you know they've arrived. Our convenient and complimentary Collect in Store service is available at all our UK stores, as well as Harvey Nichols Dublin and Beauty Bazaar, Harvey Nichols Liverpool.

We recommend for international deliveries our international service, please select the country required at the top of the website or contact our Customer Services Team. Harvey Nichols will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items once the Freight Forwarder has accepted delivery. If you wish to return your order following the use of Freight Forwarder, Harvey Nichols can only provide return carriage from within the UK and Ireland. Any additional costs including return will be your responsibility.
