Please include the name of your Gift Experience and quote the ‘Order Number’ from your Harvey Nichols order acknowledgement email on all correspondence.

For dining Gift Experiences, you can book online for your chosen store. Please include the name of your Gift Experience the order Number in the booking notes section.

The order number can be found at the top of the Harvey Nichols order acknowledgement email, which the purchaser will have received shortly after buying the Gift Experience at harveynichols.com.

Our Gift Experiences are available at selected Harvey Nichols stores. Gift Experiences are purchased for a specific store and can only be redeemed in that particular location. For information on the Gift Experiences available in each region, click here.

All Gift Experiences are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

No. All Gift Experiences are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives, in whole or in part.

No. For Gift Experiences that include a monetary value to spend, this will be presented on the day the recipient redeems their experience in-store.

Yes. For Gift Experiences that include a monetary value to spend, that amount must be redeemed in full in-store on the day of the Gift Experience appointment and cannot be redeemed over multiple visits. Any amount not redeemed during the appointment will be forfeited.

Yes, you can earn Rewards points when you purchase a Gift Experience online. However, the gift recipient will not earn points on the transactions or parts of transactions paid for by Harvey Nichols Gift Experiences voucher or Gift Cards.

Yes, our in-store teams are on hand to assist you in making your Gift Experience extra special and can assist with adding any additional items, such as hospitality packages, dinner reservations and Harvey Nichols Gift Cards. Any additional items, not included in the Gift Experience, will be charged for separately. For assistance with booking at a specific Harvey Nichols store, please click here and the team will be more than happy to help.

In light of UK Government guidance regarding Covid-19, we have temporarily closed our Harvey Nichols stores and restaurants. During this time, we are unfortunately not able to take bookings for Gift Experiences in the stores, but we look forward to hearing from you once we are able to re-open to make your booking. All Gift Experiences are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Should you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements, please inform the store when booking your Gift Experience visit. For Hospitality Gift Experiences (wine tasting, dining and cocktail masterclasses), please note that allergens are used in all of our premises and all beverages may contain sulphites. Wines may contain sulphites, eggs, fish, crustaceans, milk or gluten used as a fining agent.  Please inform the store of any allergies or special dietary requirements when you make your booking.
