This is a rich, thick and immensely decadent blend of Parmigiano Reggiano, cream, ricotta, butter and northern Italian white truffles. We love to stir it through tagliatelle or risotto and serve it with a vintage Champagne or to spread it on to bruschetta or fresh baguette. And seeing as we are in the circle trust, we’ve also been known to eat it straight from the jar.
