Arabica specialises in the oh-so-now foods of the sun-drenched Levant, and this Tahini is one of their classics. Made from select sesame seeds, which are soaked overnight, before being lightly toasted and passed through an ancient stone press to create a thick, velvety smooth paste. This is an Arabic staple that is delicious used raw in hummus and other dips, drizzled over salads, or cooked into sauces and stews.
