Wild boar has been a favoured big game animal for millennia, and it’s not hard to see why when you taste Artemonte’s Wild Boar Pâté with its rich, meaty flavour and mountain thyme. Serve with warm baguette brushed with a garlic clove, and a side of cornichons or rosemary-roasted potato salad. We would also highly recommend pulling the cork from a bottle of Tokaji, or a light red such as Beaujolais or Pinot Noir, or alternatively letting this Wild Boar Pâté play alongside the juniper in a gin and tonic.
