Mango – the national fruit of India Pakistan Haiti and the Philippines. The latter being where the Carabao mangoes – the sweetest mango variety according to the Guinness Book of World Records – used to make Cîroc Mango Vodka come from.

Cîroc is of course French distilled five times and made from grapes. We’d kind of assumed that the national fruit of France would be the grape but apparently it’s actually the nectarine (who knew?). Anyway we digress. This luxuriously smooth grape-based vodka has been infused with the ripest mango to create a totally tropical summertime must-have. Try it with tonic drizzled over ice cream or mixed into a Mango Mimosa Collins or Mojito.

Cîroc Vodka was born just outside Bordeaux but found its spiritual home in the fashionable playground that is the French Riviera. From there it has spread to the cities and nightclubs of the world. The Master Distiller at Cîroc Jean-Sebastien Robicquet comes from a long line of winemakers dating back to the 15th century and has been honoured as a ‘Commandeur de Bordeaux’ by the Great Council of Bordeaux Wines. Rather than using grains corn or potatoes he utilised what was abundant: grapes. Harvested when frozen these ‘snap frost’ grapes are predominantly Ugni Blanc from Cognac and Mauzac from Gaillac. The spirit is distilled five times in a mixture of steel and copper stills at the Distillerie de Chevanceaux to create a super-smooth vodka. Cîroc Vodka is clean crisp and pure as a glacier. To finish up an interesting fact to impress your friends: Cîroc is a portmanteau of the French words cime – meaning summit – and roche – meaning rock. And it really is the pinnacle served on the rocks.
