Love by Léoube Rosé 2017

If you’re looking for holiday inspiration, we recommend visiting Château Léoube on your way to Saint-Tropez. On a recent trip, Harvey Nichols climbed to their hilltop chapel where we gazed out over the olive groves and sparkling turquoise Mediterranean to the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros. Needless to say, we fell head over heels for this Riviera vineyard and their summer-by-the-sea organic rosé.

An understated masterclass in Provence rosé; it brims with crunchy white peach, tangy raspberries and wild strawberries. Complement with poached salmon and buttered Jersey Royals, kale tacos with a strawberry salsa, Caprese salad, Vietnamese summer rolls, seared tuna, asparagus and sunbeams.
