Cocchi Vermouth di Torino is a Vermouth recipe originally released in 1981 that was recently re-released to mark the 120th anniversary of the House of Cocchi. Produced in a very traditional method, only the finest wine, herbs, fruit and spices are used, resulting in an unique flavour profile and balance. Rich and vibrant in character, this outstanding Vermouth shows notes of citrus, cocoa and rhubarb set against a bitter balanced bitter undertone that has outstanding palate length. Delicious on its own served over ice, this is also ideal for use in numerous classic mixed drinks and cocktails.
