Inspired by an almost-forgotten classic the orange gins of the early 20th Century this was crafted using juniper two types of orange cardamom allspice prune long pepper and a hefty slug of Scandi chic. The bittersweet twang of orange combined with the richness of the prunes and the brightness of the peppery spice creates a gin that tastes like bottled sunshine.
Copenhagen Distillery is creating some of Europe’s most exciting whisky gin and aquavit.
