Hacien pronounced ‘ah-syen’ is a tribute to the plantations that first made Tequila and one of the UK’s most iconic nightclubs – The Haçienda in Manchester. The name is a nod to Tequila’s roots its love of nightlife and the fact that this particular Mexican spirit has a unique link to the north of England.
The brand was founded by a group of agave enthusiasts from Leeds. Scared that the UK’s shot culture would ruin the reputation of their beloved spirit they set out to create their own super-premium Tequila for sipping and cocktails.
Hacien Blanco is crafted using Jalisco’s finest blue agave. Smooth and subtle it gently crackles with peppery spice herby agave citrus sorbet and whisps of tropical fruit.
