Bursting with floral flavour notes of orange blossom and apricot, with a toasted, honey-sweet finish, this small-batch oolong is one of the most sought-after teas in the world. Growing only in Guangdong, southeast China, the tea bushes cling to the rocky slopes of Phoenix Mountain, sending down deep roots in search of nutrients and moisture. They grow so slowly that, over time, each leaf develops an intense, honey orchid flavour, enhanced by a light charcoal roasting.

For the perfect cup, steep 4g of loose leaf in 250ml of 90°C water for three minutes.
