- Inverroche Amber Gin Miniature 50ml – This rich and aromatic gin has a glorious amber colour and notes of ripe citrus, gentle juniper, toffee apple, dried flowers and wood. The fynbos selected for this gin comes from the coastal region and dunes of the Cape Floral Kingdom.
- Inverroche Verdant Gin Miniature 50ml – This soft and floral gin has a golden-green hue and hints of elderflower, chamomile, summer blooms, waxy lemon, liquorice and subtle spice. The fynbos selected for this gin comes from the mountainous terrain of the Cape Floral Kingdom.
Located in Still Bay in the Western Cape, Inverroche are pioneers of the South African craft gin scene. What started as a small home industry has blossomed into a thriving business that supports its local community and produces world-class spirits. While the brand’s founder, Lorna Scott, was working as the Deputy Mayor of Hessequa Local Municipality, she became inspired by the ideas of sustainable development and turning the small town she grew up in into a tourist destination. Before long, she was infusing the abundant local fynbos into her small-batch gins, creating jobs in the local community and spreading her passion for sustainability and the local biome. This family business now creates some of South Africa’s most exciting spirits.
*Fynbos is a belt of diverse natural vegetation that spreads across the cape. It’s one of the richest biomes in the world, proven by the fact that more plant species are found on Table Mountain than in all of Great Britain.
