TOOTPASTE
Put a small amount of toothpaste (about the size of a pea) on the head of the toothbrush. Insert the toothbrush into your mouth at about a 45-degree angle to your gums and use gentle short strokes to brush your teeth. Brush teeth for 2 minutes. After brushing spit out any excess toothpaste. Don't rinse your mouth immediately after brushing as it will wash away the concentrated active ingredients in the remaining toothpaste this dilutes it and reduces its preventative effects.
MOUTHWASH
Brush your teeth first. Start by thoroughly brushing and flossing your teeth with MAHSA toothpaste. Pour your oral rinse of choice into inner screw cap provided with the product. Ready set rinse. Empty the cup into your mouth and swish it around. Spit it out and enjoy.
