So this distillery in Moncalieri just outside Turin in Italy has a claim to being located in the birth country of gin. The Vergnano family and their Master Distillers Beppe and Denis use Italian lemons from Amalfi and Sicily the obligatory juniper and five carefully selected botanicals. Malfy is distilled in a stainless steel vacuum still to ensure none of the aromatics are lost. These zesty creations are wonderful in the classic Italian cocktails: a Negroni a Martini or even a Gin & It.
