Peanut Satay Sauce 300g

Manfood Peanut Satay Sauce is a riff on a classic Malaysian recipe. This rich peanut sauce is spiced with galangal, lemongrass, red chilli and a tangy combo of lime and tamarind. We love it served warm or cold alongside barbequed skewers and baked fish, as a quick and easy dip for Vietnamese summer rolls, or as a stir fry sauce when loosened with a little hot water. But our top tip is to add a little fiery mustard to it and stir it through noodles with chopped cucumber and a handful of coriander leaves. Oh man, it’s good!

Jon, Andre Dang’s husband, kept complaining about all the mushy pickles and bland sauces on the market, so Andre decided to do something about it. From their home kitchen, he created Manfood using simple recipes that are packed with huge flavour, but contain no flavourings, no additives and no jiggery pokery.
