Pure Single White Rum

The Ninefold Distillery is the first and only rum distillery in the south of Scotland. They create innovative Scottish spirits using imported molasses and a copper pot still on the Dormont Estate near Dalton, just south of Lockerbie in Dumfries and Galloway. In 2021, we secured a bottling they did for That Boutique-y Rum Company, and it was one of the fastest selling rums ever to grace our website. Demand is high and this is clearly a distillery to keep a careful eye on.

Ninefold’s gluten-free and vegan-friendly Pure Single White Rum is wonderfully smooth and creamy. Brimming with banana bread, salted caramel, Werther’s Original, citrus zest and pink peppercorn flavours, this is sure to pique the interest of cocktail-making bartenders. Sip it over ice topped with cola or ginger beer, or consider mixing it into a Daiquiri, Mojito or Zombie. Just remember to shake up a big batch because your guest numbers are likely to grow ninefold when the word gets out.
