Panizzi have been crafting this wine ever since their first harvest in 1989. It’s a blend of 95% Vernaccia and 5% Incrocio Manzoni picked from four organic vineyards in San Gimignano. The result is a Tuscan classic that makes a perfect aperitif or partner to tempura, fish dishes or feta salads. Fall in love with its fragrant aromas of fresh spring flowers and its flavours of crunchy green apple, crisp pear, white peach and tangy grapefruit. A delicate touch of bitterness in the finish leaves the mouth feeling refreshed, clean and thoroughly quenched of thirst.
