Paul John is made using Indian six-row barley harvest across vast tracts of land ranging from Rajasthan and Haryana to the foothills of the Himalayas. The high fibre protein and husk content of this barley adds bold flavour and a rich and oily character. Goa was chosen as a base for Paul John in part because Mr Paul P. John loves the beaches food and people but also because of the incredible supply of water in this region.

Peach apricot blackberry blood orange praline Dundee cake dark chocolate-coated coffee bean buttered barmbrack jam and baking spices mingle together in this rich dram.
