Established by Edward Shin in 2006, Korean label Publicka offers a modern take on couture through its exquisite tailoring and artisanal craftsmanship. Seoul-based designer Shin studied at Parsons in New York, where he grew to appreciate the unique multi-cultural experience that later influenced the design aesthetic of his brand.
