Sous Chef’s Viking Smoked Salt is smoked using a millennium-old traditional method. Seawater is evaporated over juniper, cherry, elm, beach and oak-wood fires, infusing it with deep smoky bonfire notes. A pinch of onions, black pepper and curry powder are added for complexity, creating an incredible finishing salt for just about any dish. Sprinkle it into potato gratin, soufflés, cream sauces or a Bloody Mary, use it as a rub for meat, or dip quail eggs into it. Great with beards.
