Elit is the pinnacle of Stoli's mastery. This classic ultra-premium vodka is made using single-source grain, artesian well water, and their patented ‘freeze filtration’ technique, which is inspired by the old tradition of leaving casks outside in the winter. This means that there isn’t another spirit like it on Earth. Filtered first through quartz sand, then through birch wood charcoal, it is finally dripped through ion-charged filters at -18°C. Elit comes out mind-blowingly smooth with a creamy texture and notes of grain, aniseed, woody spices and charcoal. We do not recommend mixing Elit, because it’s just too gorgeous to fritter away. Instead, we suggest drinking it neat, straight from the freezer or mixed into a Dry Martini.
