Artisan Agave Lemon Tonic Water 200ml

Here at Harvey Nichols, we love the crisp bite of a Tequila and Tonic or the feral funk of a Mezcal and Tonic. But until now, nobody had made a tonic specifically for this Mexican mixture. So, we are super excited to introduce Agave Lemon Tonic. The bitterness of the quinine and lemon is beautifully offset by a Mexico-inspired dash of sweet agave syrup (from the same plant that Tequila and Mezcal are made), chilli and rock salt. Tart and tangy with a gentle warmth, this tonic really heightens the agave flavours of Tequila and Mezcal, but it also works equally well with very herbal or juniper driven gins.

Working only with natural ingredients, The Artisan Drinks Company was set up when Steve Cooper, Alan Walsh and Mikey Enright met in a bar. They are, in order, an entrepreneur from the drinks industry, an artist and the owner of a little establishment that won Australia’s Gin Bar of the Year. We’re not sure that there is any team better placed to create the ultimate mixer.
