Crafted from organic Chardonnay grapes grown on sandy and chalky vineyards in the south of Spain it’s de-alcoholised in a manner that retains all the crunchy aromatics and is then lightly carbonated. Forget those sickly sweet sparkling grape juices this is serious wine – very dry and crisply refreshing. It takes your taste buds on a meander through a dew-laced orchard and then home for baked apple crumble and a drizzle of honey. A great alternative to wine at celebrations parties picnics or with any manner of food.
