7.1. General information

Harvey Nichols reserves the right to substitute any items or gift packaging listed in hamper contents and guarantees that all the replacements will be of equal or greater value.

Delivery of hampers containing alcohol is limited to certain countries within the EU via a standard delivery service. You will be notified if an item is unavailable for International delivery at checkout.

The prices displayed do not include the delivery charges and relevant duties and taxes which will be calculated at checkout.

7.3. Gift messages

Harvey Nichols is happy to include a gift card featuring your own message (max. 250 characters) with any order. Please provide your message in the relevant box on the order page. This will be printed onto a Harvey Nichols gift card exactly as you have written it; we do not take responsibility for incorrect spellings or typographical errors.

7.4. Refunds

It is Our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition, and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product sold. To this end, We are unable to exchange food or beverage purchases. In the event your goods are damaged, please return them to your nearest store, along with proof of purchase.
