Delivery & Returns

  • Delivery pricing will be converted to your selected currency at checkout.
  • Global-e’s policy for VAT variations and rounding up could add additional costs to the item price. The final amount will be displayed in the transaction order summary.
  • For countries in the EU all prices shown on the EU website or App are now inclusive of tax where applicable. Additional duty charges will apply on orders to European countries over150 Euro. These will be shown as part of the final price at checkout.
  • If you are shipping within the US, local sales tax will be charged on all orders at checkout in selected states where applicable.
  • All orders require a signature on delivery.
  • For orders to UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Northern Ireland please visit www.harveynichols.com.
  • For orders to Hong Kong, please visit www.harveynichols.com/en-hk.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, Global-e will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking details, or you may track your order by using the Global-e Tracking Portal.
  • Please note, Global-e may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be provided with a separate tracking number for each delivery.
  • Orders for the Republic of Ireland are delivered by DPD. Please follow the instructions included within your order.
