The Piña Edition from Libations is a little more playful than their original Spiced Rum. Infused with small Monte Lirio pineapples it has a bold pineapple flavour a gentle honeyed sweetness and a finish of crisp citrus and festive spices.
Libations’ creations are inspired by the spirit of the Caribbean but are made much closer to home. Distilled in Yorkshire matured in English oak and infused with foraged Yorkshire heather North Yorkshire honey Madagascan vanilla cinnamon clove orange peel and lots of white pineapples Libations Piña Edition is a totally tropical treat with a splash of Yorkshire wildness. This gorgeous new release makes a stunning Daiquiri or Old Fashioned or it can be mixed with ginger ale and garnished with a wedge or pineapple. It also takes barbeque marinades to a whole new level. But our favourite way to drink this pineapple-infused spiced rum is in a Piña Colada a kitsch cocktail undergoing a well-deserved renaissance.
