There, they created a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Semillon grapes – slowly fermented using the Charmat method to retain its frivolous fruity fun – that would go on to be crowned ‘Best Argentinian Sparkling Wine’ at The Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships 2020. That award-winning wine was infused with a bittersweet liqueur created using a unique blend of herbs, spices and natural extracts from the peels of handpicked Valencia oranges. It took them 64 tweaks and refinements over a four-year period to get the balance of bubbles and liqueur just right in this artisanal recipe.
