Bottled without fining making it vegan-friendly Momento Chenin Blanc Verdelho 2018 has an ethereal quality with the flavours dancing and glittering like dew on spider’s web. Honeysuckle bay leaf white peach jasmine green apple underripe melon lemon curd lime leaf poached pear butter grapefruit zest and the buzz of an almost electric energy.
