Enjoy chic, understated décor reminiscent of the French Riviera with bold geometric blues and whites and plenty of green foliage to help create a sense of escape from the city below. Recline amidst the rooftops, sipping on a signature Grey Goose serve and enjoy delightful tarts, pastries and light French plates from the Boulangerie Bar.
Created exclusively for the Boulangerie François Terrasse, the Grey Goose summer martini cocktail collection has been crafted using Grey Goose world-renowned flavoured vodkas, resulting in a highly aromatic, light and zesty menu to perfectly complement the warm summer evenings. Each of the cocktails is beautifully decorated with a floral garnish, and best enjoyed as a mini martini flight, served with a pairing menu of mini patisseries made from the same fruits as the flavoured vodkas.

Four mini summer martinis, each paired with a petit four and perfect for sharing.
Dry Martini: Grey Goose vodka and Noilly Prat. Served dry with a lemon twist.
Provencal Martini: Grey Goose Le Citron, Noilly Prat, benedictine and kummel. Served with a lavender stem.
Anjou Martini: Grey Goose La Poire, Noilly Prat, suze and orgeat. Garnished with bronze fennel.
Martini Aromatique: Grey Goose L’Orange, Dubbonet and white cacao. Garnished with a viola.
